• Travel Remarks:
• Free YVR airport transfer time (scheduled operation): 8:00am-8:00pm. Free airport shuttle will be reserved if guests arrive outside this period (if applicable)
• Limited to one medium sized suitcase and one carry-on luggage per guest. Any additional luggage may be charged of $35 per piece
• 3rd and 4th are to be shared with 2 beds; child and infant occupies a seating and will be charged with tour fare
• Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits
• All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee)

• Tour Cancellation Policy: (All cancellation request must be submitted in writing)
• 1. Over 30 days prior to departure date - Handling charge $50 / person;
• 2. 21-30 days prior to departure date - refund 50% of the tour fare;
• 3. 8-20 days prior to departure date - refund 25% of the tour fare;
• 4. No refund within 7-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services
• We reserve the rights to cancel the tours without liability 7 days prior to departure， and reschedule the tours or refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.

If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator， the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services.
