Super Vacation Inc, was established in 1981 in Los Angeles, California. In 1986, we purchased our first luxury 56 seats bus and became the first and only Chinese-operated bus charter company  at that time. Now, Super Vacation/ America Asia Travel Center has more than 70 employees, serves approximately 100,000 passengers per year, we owns 56-seats deluxe coaches, 29-seats bus and 14-seats van which 10 million US dollar liability insurance per vehicle. Company provides services including airline ticketing, hotel reservations, cruise holidays, short-haul bus tours and long-haul vacations to China, Europe, Asia, and etc.

We are now one of the largest Chinese tour operators in the US West Coast, We also operate summer camps, Business visits, golf training group and customized tour itineraries.

On behalf of very large enterprise with 14 U.S. and multiple overseas offices, performs comprehensive analysis of all costs associated with the marketing and execution of America Asia Travel Center-branded travel tours assembling data, based on historical data, air and ground service provider costs and terms, marketing and advertising costs, other transactional costs, research into competitors’ offerings, and other relevant factors. Breaks down costs factor by factor, identifying areas of potential cost savings. Frequent emphasis placed on analysis of costs attributable to extensive overseas America Asia Travel Center operations. Requires frequent contact with affiliated overseas offices and overseas service providers to solicit relevant data. Studies historic profitability record of America Asia Travel Center tours, seeking to identify patterns to assist management in planning the America Asia Travel Center product mix. Prepares analytical reports for use in management planning, incorporating statistical analysis, operational analysis, and are prepared using presentation software. Makes recommendations to management with respect to proposed changes in product mix, tour offerings, and other changes in business model, explaining capital requirements, financial options, and other aspects relevant for management planning purposes. Assists in budget planning, tour product planning, and offers input to management geared toward enhancement of operational efficiency. Performs systems accounting functions in liaison capacity with overseas offices of America Asia Travel Center to improve efficiency in exchange of data.

Requirements:

1. Master Degree in Accounting or International Business
2. Skillset: Statistical analysis, cost accounting, and international management principles, whether gained through academic curriculum, clinical, or paid experience.

Business/Management Analyst

Analyze and evaluate business practice, management systems, and operation procedures to devise most efficient methods of proceeding. Conduct feasibility study and capital budgeting to maximize the overall company revenue through development and implementation of effective business and management strategies. Conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed. Compile annual budget, conduct quarterly budget variance analysis, evaluate effectiveness of budget controls, and summarize current and projected financial position. Research and monitor economic, industrial and corporate development by analyzing business/financial data to produce marketing forecasts, and assist with the preparation of the annual business plan.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degreein Business, Finance, or Accounting related field
2. Minimum one year working experience in Finance or Accounting related field
