- All of our buses are fully insured with a USD$10,000,000 insurance policy, and we operate under the authorities of PUC & ICC. We are regulated with the safety regulations as prescribed by the U.S. Department of Transportation for the Motor Carrier.
- Driver’s private accommodation must be paid by chartering party for out of town trips. Any toll fee parking, And entrance fee to parks and attractions must be paid by the chartering party. Any “on the spot” cancellation will be charged 100%.
- AMERICA ASIA Express Inc. will not be responsible for any delays caused by traffic, road conditions, accidents, bus breakdowns, authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots or any other natural circumstances beyond our control.
